Staff was nice. Air conditioner was not cooling the room. We had it set at 65 degrees. The room was hot and it was 10+ degrees cooler in the hallway than it was in our room. With a $400-$500 highly rate, air conditioning not working is not acceptable.

If you love IKEA, this is the place for you! It is right next door. Also very near to the Wooster Square neighborhood of fabulous Italian restaurants. Easy on and off the freeway too.

Very clean and modern hotel, staff was courteous and helpful. Free shuttle offered was outstanding and very convenient. Only Suggestion we would have is to offer a free coffee and tea station in lobby each morning. As this hotel was one of 6 we stayed at on our road trip from South Jersey to Maine and Back it was only one to not offer that. But would stay there again for sure

Quietest room I ever slept in and the staff at this hotel are exceptional. Bravo. I wish all hotels were Passive House certified and delivered such a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. We also used the hotel bicycles to pedal into New Haven. Super fun.
