Everything was fantastic, but the best part was the staff. Liam and Liandra at the FD, Cassindra at the concierge ( I hope I spelled their names correctly) restaurant staff, bell staff, all absolutely great. Our room was very nice, we enjoyed being very close to everything in Mayfair. Room service was also fabulous. I received a nice amenity for my bday with a card. The bartenders from the rooftop were also fantastic, attentive. Wonderful experience! We will return.

Wir waren fünf Tage als Paar im Mandarin Oriental in London und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Hotel ist sehr einladend und die MitarbeiterInnen waren jederzeit zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Zimmer war schön gestaltet und äußerst sauber. Alles war super modern eingerichtet. Es entsprach alles unseren Erwartungen und wir würden jederzeit wieder ins Mandarin Oriental einchecken!
