The staff were great from house keeper to waiters and shuttle drivers. There is plenty to do and you don’t have to leave the resort. Best food spot was the sandwhich shop and coffee shop. Hope to revisit!!

Everything from the hotel, the food, the shopping, the room and the staff was 100% 5 star!!! Was honestly the best all inclusive we have ever stayed in! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! LOVED IT!!!! WE WILL BE BACK!

Room was spotless, staff courteous. The biggest drawback was that they have heated pools. The sargasso on the beach was an issue for a couple of days but most of it was cleaned up

You have to be up by 6:30am to get chairs by a pool. Toro and Zen restaurants are excellent but are by reservation only. Highly recommend reservations ahead of trip for these and cabana by pool or beach.

Staff was great! Just didn't like being pushed after check in to go to a welcome breakfast for them to sell time shares. Aside from that, great stay!

Pool was freezing cold and not many people used it. All else was very nice and all staff were friendly and great
