Lovely helpful staff through out the hotel bedroom was clean and well presented ..as was the bathroom First nights breakfast was not as nice as the 2nd one ...maybe it was because we were earlier Pool was cold and hot tub warm

The property was very busy but never felt overcrowded. Staff was friendly. Food options were available but a bit limited, yet there is the park at a short distance, so no worries in terms of food. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Good location for the parks. Hotel very busy, rooms not ready until after 4pm. Had to request water each day as not automatically replenished (why not?) and also had to request robes for the swimming pool, expected them to be in the room. Struggled with the shower temperature (scalding hot or cold), not a powerful shower. Crazy expensive and didn’t even include breakfast. But worth being on site. Skyline bar is fab.

This hotel is beautiful. The whe place was clean, staff lovely, smells amazing, very well decorated for its theme. The room was a really good size for family with two teens. Shampoo, Conditioner and body wash provided. Plenty of plugs, next to bed and above the desk. Combination of EU, English and USB. Enough for four phones, curlers, and hand fans charging. Really close to the parks. Right on the edge of Disney Village. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Stayed here for my sons birthday and daughters dance trip to Disney, hotel was amazing, got a really good deal on the stay, room was spotless, really good size for a family of four, best of all right next to the park so didn’t have to rely on shuttle bus. Will definitely be back

This property was disappointing, when booking a Disney property we expect a certain level of quality and cleanliness. This hotel felt rundown and dirty, there were stains on the hallway rugs, walls were dirty and rooms felt dated, which was surprising as this is the newest hotel at DLP. Our room included breakfast, which was a nice amenity, the food was great at the breakfast but there were a lot of dirty plates in the buffet pile of plates. Overall the resort was fine, location was convenient but my family would not stay here again.

Favourite Disney hotel … mainly because it wasn’t really Disney but Marvel which my Spider-Man obsessed son loved. The staff absolutely made it worth the premium. Stayed in an empire state room & were treated like celebrities. Nothing was too much trouble & the room was maintained daily, lovely amenities. The private breakfast dining room was so much nicer & calmer than the heaving main dining hall. Also complimentary afternoon tea was a great touch Spider-Man meet and greet was worth booking … my son loved it Customer service in the park & village was hit & miss but the hotel made the trip so much more enjoyable

Room was very clean and pleasant, only thing was it was a long way from reception area and I have walking difficulties, had a knee replacement 6 months ago, a room closer would have been ideal, staff nice, no breakfast , last time we stayed when it was the new York new York breakfast was included!
