Great property. All staff are really nice and friendly . Food at the tiki bar is delicious. We had issued with the AC in the room and the maintenance was able to come fix it in a short time frame. The manager was prompt in giving credit for our inconvenience. Great place for weekend vacations
Enjoyed my trip. Food at lunch and dinner was very good. The accommodations were very pleasant. The adult pool was very quiet, clean and the staff around the pool area provided excellent service.
Resort was great, however after a long day and the price they need to have more comfortable beds. We had ocean view room. Only stayed one night bed was terrible.
Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish! Beautiful resort, so much to do and offer, family friendly, beautiful rooms and staff was wonderful! Will be back for sure!
The staff was absolutely amazing! Everyone we encountered on the property was helpful, attentive, and incredibly competent. The property itself is beautiful, and it truly feels like they’ve thought of everything to make your stay special.
From the full-service pool experience to the coffee shop and variety of restaurants, every detail made our stay enjoyable. We had such a wonderful time and will definitely be back!
I also had the opportunity to enjoy the spa, which was beautiful, relaxing, and the perfect way to unwind. Overall, an exceptional experience from start to finish!
Super clean resort with gorgeous ocean and pool view rooms. The resort needs to hire an activity staff team to coordinate things to do during the stay.
Property was really nice with lots of amenities. The food quality could’ve been better for the price. All in all, a really nice stay with beautiful grounds.
The resort was just as expected. Very nice amenities with many choices for activities and restaurants. And the pool areas were wonderful with staff available for food or drinks.
Awesome! Will return!
If you are looking for a true luxury escape to reset, the Omni Amelia Island delivers perfectly. The resort grounds are massive and gorgeous, making you feel entirely removed from the stress of everyday life. The massive pool deck overlooking the ocean is magnificent, and the poolside service makes it incredibly easy to lose track of time. The staff was phenomenal always smiling and eager to help. Between the excellent dining choices right on the property (like the steakhouse and fresh seafood spots) and the charming local eateries nearby, every meal was a hit. A flawless vacation experience.
Great property with a lovely beach, pool and staff. Plenty of chairs at pool and easy to get around the property. There is always conferences and business travelers so keep that in mind. Kid and dog friendly
The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We ate at Surfcaster and Florabelle on site restaurants as well as Marche Burette-all excellent dining options. Oceanfront room and balcony were a highlight for us to enjoy the ocean breezes and sunrise views. We were content to enjoy the pool, shops, and walks without ever going offsite. Great stay!
All of the staff we met were friendly, courteous, and did their job completely. Food and rooms were excellent and our stay was better than we expected.
Our experience at the Omni was very relaxing and easy to navigate. It is a great place to park the car and stay for a week without getting in the car again or easy to head to the historic downtown area for excellent food and shopping.
We got off to a rough start with having bugs in our room on the 6th floor. We had already unpacked so we had to pack up again and get moved a floor higher. The following day the front desk manager call me and wanted to move us again this time to a suite on the eight floor I almost said no because the thought of unpacking again was a turn off for me. However she asked my husband what he wanted to do and he said move of course. So we moved to the suite Wednesday Thursday and Friday night. The front desk called a couple of time to make sure we are comfortable. We were extremely happy with the level of service we received. The shuttle service has a very handy. Everyone was so polite and happy. It turned our disaster first day into a completely difference and positive experience. I would go back there within the next few months. I would like to thank all the staff members including bell men, housekeeping, bar staff restaurant and kitchen staff the grounds keepers and the front desk staff and especially the front desk manager.
