My husband tried to check in before me and Jacob was extremely rude as well as the manager. He did not have the reservation number and was told he could not check in because the reservation was only in my name! Terrible customer service. On the other hand, the girls in the dining room were great; very friendly after such a horrible check in experience! Kudos to the bellman and valet as well! Zaza you need to up your game by hiring friendly folks… after all we’re in Texas… the Friendly state.

Said it was a short walk to Moody theatre,it was not. Asked if hotel was busy and they said no and stuck us in a room with no view. Drove us down to the theatre and couldn’t find us at the same drop off place to pick us up. It cost a lot to get home. Won’t recommend or stay there again

Excellent as always! ZaZa brand is consistent. We’ve stayed in Dallas and Houston several times but this was the first stay in Austin. Highly recommend!

We love Austin and Hotel Zaza! Check in inside was wonderful! We did however have a terrible experience with the porter/ bellman outside. He did not want to help us get our things out from the car. We reported it to the front desk. Perhaps they are short staffed, but there is no excuse . The room and bed are AMAZING !
