Room service was quick and efficient. Every employee that we encountered was friendly and helpful. My only complaint (and it's not huge) was that security was a bit aggressive with my newly minted 21-year old son a few times. The same security guard checked his id more than once in the 24-hours we were there. Additionally, the table service at the breakfast buffet was a bit slow. We purchased the endless pour package and waited a few times to have our beverages refilled.
