Absolutely wonderful location and wonderful stay. The area was perfect to be right close to La Latina and the amazing restaurants on the same street. If you’re sensitive to noise, it is a bit noisy on weekends but personally didn’t mind!

Great comfortable hotel with great staff. Our room was very comfortable and clean although a little small. The highlight is that this hotel is on probably the coolest street in Madrid, walkable to everything. We had a great stay!

Loved this place and a great location. A few minute walk to Botin and Plaza Mayor. The room was fantastic and I must say the absolute best shower ever. The room had a walkout inside terrace which was great. Did not eat here, but it looked great, we like to try a variety of local cuisine. We literally walked almost everywhere from her. The street is alive at night, great tavernas and Tapas places, great restaurants. They have an attached building next door for coffee, but like it is in Spain, not open till 8 am. Cant post my video of the room here, but this is a great place and you will not be sorry if you choose to stay here.

Stayed at Posada del León de Oro for two nights and it was lovely. They front desk folks were lovely and helpful and held out bags because we arrived early. Our room was bigger than I expected and very modern in contrast to the building and neighborhood. The room has AC and an amazing shower. The neighborhood is quiet at night and even in the morning it wasn’t loud. Lots of restaurants options and super accessible to several metro stations and walking distance to many attractions including La Plaza Mayor. Would not hesitate to go back.

Property location exceeded expectations. It was central to most tourist attractions. Unfortunately, The room was very small and smelled musty after long day’s absence. the room was situated one floor above the restaurant and bar and it was noisy till 12 midnight. Our saving grace was that the hotel restaurant closed for two days during our stay and we were able to get some peace in quiet.
