Check-in and check-out are seamless. Stayed at the newer tower and room is spacious and clean. On checkout, we receive nanjing exclusive magnet as a gift from front desk which is very thoughtful of them. Stayed at the hotel during birthday week and they send birthday cakes to the room even though we did not specifically mentioned our birthdays. Very nice of them to do so. Will definitely go back to stay again next time. Location is perfect

Staff is super helpful and courteous! The room service folks even stopped water damage to my wash bag and left a handwritten note about the move. Live up to the luxury hotel standards. Breakfast has lots of delicious choices and totally made our days! Room is less fancy but solid and clean. Would be even more awesome if there is hot spring. But other than that, there’s nothing else we’d ask for

Perfect venue for visiting Nanjing. Staff were all very welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Nice indoor pool for relaxing in the afternoon after a day of visiting. Lots of shops and restaurants in the vicinity and easy access to the metro. Presidential Palace is walkable.

I stayed there a few nights like last Sept, I am always impressed by the hospitality of the staff. The location of this hotel is unbeatable, heart of the city, walking distance to all kind of shopping centers and restaurants; convenient to go anywhere by public transportation.

Great hotel and great lovation. We stayed in the Pacific Tower. Very good service, very good food at the breakfast buffet, nice , clean and well maintained room and facilities. Very service minded staff, good pool and fitness facilities. We will be back next time we visit Nanjing again.

Hotel is a bit older, it is starting to show its age scratched furniture, wear spots on carpets, etc. You can tell this was a premier property, just needs to be modernized a bit. I love the architecture inside. Staff were very attentive and welcoming especially to a westerner. I do speak Chinese so the staff really seemed eager to assist me on any of my needs.

The classic Nanjing hotel which has recently undergone major renovations (opened to the public in 1983), located in the heart of the city, served by two subway lines connecting it to all major sites in the city North-South and East-West. Great food and impeccable service all around.
