The room was clean, and the hotel lobby was well-maintained. The staff was friendly, nice, and courteous. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the sheets and blankets were clean. The hotel is in a good location, close to restaurants and other stores. The air conditioning worked very well throughout the room, hallways, and lobby. The only downside was the elevator, which was old, noisy, and slow, but it was functional. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and appreciated the cleanliness, comfortable beds, and convenient location.

The hotel is in a great location and was convenient for our journey. However, the cleanliness of the room, especially the bathroom, could have been better. The lift was slow, and there was an unusual smell in the lobby. Overall, an acceptable stay, but there is room for improvement

Room was okay, I mainly chose this property because they allow dogs and the location is convenient along with the full kitchen area. The shower was a little icky to me didn't want to take off my shoes/socks because of rust and it just didn't seem that clean. The complimentary breakfast is coffee bar, muffins, and oatmeal, nice for if your on the go. Room ac worked well. They did have wifi that was supposed to be written down on our room card but she never wrote it down for us, so we had to ask The staff was dry and not welcoming or informative. I asked for extra towels and had to exchange my old ones for the extra towels. Never heard of that "rule". It was inconvenient bc I wanted to use the old towels to put down on the bathroom floor. Our bed only had 3 pillows and we asked for another pillow and they said they couldn't give us another, I thought that was odd that there was only 3 to begin with.. I probably wouldn't book this place again unless it was my last resort honestly.

The facility is old and needs refreshing, but it is very clean and the staff are helpful. A grab and go breakfast is available. Surprisingly, there is a wonderful restaurant for dinner, within a close walking distance. It is The Hobbit Cafe. You must try it out too. We will use the Extended Stay again. We appreciated the location to our destination, the cleanliness, and the best price available for miles and miles.

This hotel was a bit of a mixed experience. The overall property felt dated, and cleanliness could definitely use some improvement—it didn’t give the freshest impression. That said, the beds were surprisingly comfortable, easily the highlight of the stay. If they put some effort into updating and deep cleaning the place, it could be a much better experience.

There were some good things about this property: it was reasonably clean, very convenient. When we checked in, it was apparent some sort of plumbing issue was going on - on one of the floors. The front desk manager was not gracious at all, didn’t explain what was happening or why we had to wait 15 minutes with no one at the front desk(literally, no one). No bathroom in the lobby, by the way, so don’t look. The type of room we requested was not available. I guess this had something to do with the plumbing crisis. The “free breakfast“ was a joke. A handful of dry, terrible muffins, and a coffee pot. We discourage other travelers from using this property. Unless you’re into terrible service!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean but the bathroom fittings were very worn and the bathtub was scratched and stained. There was an unfortunate undernote of weed in the corridor, not completely hidden by air freshener.

The room and hallways were very clean. The ac worked great. The only real issue was the elevator was broken. I am here for treatments and stayed in the second floor so it was not terrible, but if I had been any higher, it would be an issue.
