We had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect for exploring Boston, with close and easy access to public transportation. The unit had more than everything we could have needed. The communication with the host was excellent, and they were quick and responsive. We would absolutely stay here again, and highly recommend it to all.
Great location, close to the T line, grocery store nearby. Clean, quiet and very comfortable accommodations, especially the best bed I’ve slept in at a rental location. Had everything we needed, looking forward to coming back!
Great location. Good to have in-unit washer/dryer. Modern furnishing. Generally clean, but sofa bed was not as clean. Would be nice for the building to include common broom and vacuum for us to use. We stayed for 10 days and there was no way for us to vacuum/clean the floors, which got a bit dusty after a first couple of days.
Fantastic property. From booking there was an issue with Hotels.com double booking the apartment but Peter the host was straight on to sort it for us. Made sure everything was accommodated, constant clear communication and what a place! Super clean, spacious, amazing location with plenty public transport around and of course Fenway park 2 minutes walk!
Super glad we booked, great price for what we had and will definitely be back anytime we are in Boston. Thanks Peter!
We stayed here for a concert at Fenway, and the location couldn't have been better—just a 5-minute walk to the ballpark! The property is in a beautiful, clean, safe, and very walkable part of Boston. Once we arrived, we didn't use our car again until we left the next day.
The property offers two on-site parking spaces that can be reserved (based on availability) for a very reasonable fee, which was a nice bonus.
Our suite was newly remodeled, spotless, and stocked with everything we needed, including a dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, air fryer, and a cappuccino machine complete with all the fixings.
Communication with the property was excellent from start to finish. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely stay here again!

4/5 stars. Would stay again.
Pros:
- GREAT location; easy walk to Fenway.
- Beautiful building w/ nice modern clean interior.
Cons:
- Ownership utilizes a 3rd-party mgmt platform; this made me nervous, as I've had poor experiences in the past with a property listed on Hotels.com but using a 3rd-party platform for signatures and payments. During the aforementioned poor experience, Hotels.com reps initially told me that this was not allowed, and that I should make no payments off Hotels.com. However, after further 3-way discussion, they said that there is a list of approved 3rd-party platforms. So I fault Hotels.com for the confusion moreso than the property for using it, though I wish it was all just handled here.
- "Parking conveniently available" means paid parking is available on advance request/additional payment. Luckily, I realized this prior to arriving and was able to order it. The available parking is only 2 total spaces for however many units, and it was not clearly communicated where the spaces were; they are behind the building, so flop around either way from Beacon to access. The spaces are very tight; with anything bigger than two compact vehicles, you'll be brushing against rows of dirty trash cans and the cars, with both live and dead rats around you. But I suppose this is to be expected in inner-city.
- "Virtual" front desk means your code won't work until checkin time on the dot. When we happened to arrive 11 mins early, had to call for early access.
From booking the room to checking out, the entire experience was excellent. How can they improve? I have no idea. It truly was a wonderful and comfortable place to stay.
Great location. Walking distance to Fenway and many restaurants. Space was clean and safe. Bed very comfortable! Exactly as pictured, would stay there again.
Booked Symple live for our first time on the east coast we had no issues. It’s a perfect space and convenient the host responded pretty fast we were very pleased and will definitely book again in the future.
Looks like a brand new unit - very tastefully done. Immaculately clean. Stocked with everything you might need. Easy check in and great location - walkable to BU and Fenway.
We loved that it was walking distance to Fenway and restaurants but didn’t realize we could not park a truck there and parking in Boston was very hard to find and expensive. But it was very clean and cute for a one night stay and had everything in it.
The property was great, aside from very busy outside streets, which made it difficult to sleep, but was not the fault of the host.

The apartment was very clean, in a great location, and the main bed was comfortable, but unfortunately it was not suitable for four people. The space was extremely tight, and the guests sleeping on the pullout couch had to deal with a bright red exit sign that stayed illuminated all night, making it feel like they were sleeping under a giant glowing sun. The shower pressure was also very low. Communication with the host was difficult because messages were sent through a third-party app that we were not receiving, even though the host believed we were. We nearly missed getting the access code, and the communication issue also caused us to lose the opportunity to park at the building, where only two spaces were available for ten units. Better communication could have prevented much of this frustration. Overall, this could be a good option for two people, but I would not recommend it for a group of four.
