The staff were really friendly and helpful throughout the stay. There’s a free shuttle bus to Ratchathewi and ICON Discovery, which made getting around super easy. The hotel is also close to a night market, which was a big plus — I had the best Pad Thai of my life there. The breakfast was amazing as well, with lots of choices and great quality. Overall, a very comfortable stay with great service, convenient transport, and excellent food. Would definitely recommend.

The room was spotless, located close to the airport link and within a reasonable walking distance to some key tourist locations. Staff were very attentive. Bottled water was free and everywhere was spotless. Would highly recommend.

There was a bit of a bad smell on the ground floor but the lobby and the rooms are all great. Rooms are clean, and the hotel is in general really good. Cons were, that the restaurants were not amazing (although fair), the shower was flooding so only short showers. That said, what it lacked in a few details, the staff were some of the best and most attentive I have seen. Overall, for the price and quality we were really impressed.
