Room was clean and a decent size. Bathroom was modern, had sufficient hot water with good pressure and is a good size. The breakfast buffet was convenient and excellent; though a little pricey. Location was top notch - easy, safe, paved walk from train station and a nicely stocked grocery a short walk away. Staff were friendly and elevators were large enough to accommodate several people with luggage. Would stay again if re-visiting Amsterdam.

We stayed in this hotel for five nights and it was our first visit to Amsterdam. Everyone from the front desk to restaurant staff were extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. The rooms are well appointed and we really appreciated amenities like the fridge and coffee maker. Our waterfront view was spectacular as was the proximity to the train station and centrum. Kudos to an amazing breakfast buffet. We highly recommend this hotel for both first time and repeat travellers. Thank you for a great stay.

Breakfast was verygood. Location was perfect. One of the staff member with the name of Stim was amazingly helpful he made our stay unforgeteful many thanks to you Stim you were an angel for my son who's quadriplegic, without your help I don't know how we could survived It ashame that the name hilton hotel did not provide room services at night, there were no bath robe,no slippers and bed linen and towers are old and wear off. Please uphold the name you carry by improbing your services

Highly recommend staying for wheelchair users. Really nice and helpful staff, beautiful and clean hotel in a very convenient location. Lars& his colleagues really went out of their way to help me out, they couldn’t have been lovelier.
