The staff was awesome, great location, a quick walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping, it was clean, had a great pool area and I'm sure once the restaurant is up and running that will be a wonderful addition to their property.

The location is very convenient—close to the town’s shopping streets and the beach, with a bus stop nearby that made it easy to travel anywhere on the island. The staff are incredibly kind and responded promptly to all our requests, ensuring we had a very comfortable stay. We would definitely love to stay here again the next time our family visits Hawaii. It’s smaller than the other resorts but enjoyed very much. It was completely booked but not crowded like the big resorts. We had a group there so was nice to relax in lobby or on the mezzanine. We even liked to sit in the rockers out front.

Great hotel with all the required amenities. Helpful staff, who kept the laundry open late so I could get my washing done after arriving late. The room was spacious, with a great kitchenette and views of the city. Plenty of food options nearby, and walking distance to the shop in Waikiki. Highly recommended.
