AC had a whine that would not stop while ac was running. Everything in the room felt damp. Showers were nice looking at first but there were signs of mold in the corners. Staff was nice enough. Breakfast was not bad and was a typical hotel breakfast in Asia.

Dry hotel, we like the idea of a drink by the pool during a holiday. This is a more family or families oriented hotel. Apart from that is was okay.

Everything was great about this hotel. The room was perfect, breakfast was outstanding with a lot of variety, and the location was great — right at Terminal 21 mall.
The view from the bar at the pool. There is no alcohol in the hotel (at least when we were there) but there is a grocery store.
This is at the front of the mall, if you go in and go to “London” (level 1 at the far end), you’ll find a Foodland and you can bring anything into the pool area you want.
