I like that its a family-friendly hotel, the room we got is clean and spacious. Very “condo style” setup! Lots of amenities to enjoy for the whole family. The indoor waterpark is awesome! My kid loved it especially the lazy river. Will definitely come back and recommend to friends!

We had such a wonderful stay at Timber Ridge Lodge! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family. The kids had so much fun, and we really enjoyed the indoor water park. Everything was great, and we had such a relaxing family getaway. We definitely plan to come back again! ❤️

Great place for family & fun! Water park looked well maintained and life guards was on top of foul play. Room was ok and freshly cleaned. Seating is limited in pool area. Lots of activities around the resort daily.

Employees were very helpful, our kiddos spilled chips in the living room, they sent someone up right away with a vacuum also brought us fresh towels. Place was very clean and water park was perfect for our younger kiddos. 100% going back in the future, only thing is. Is the price to stay, for two nights we paid around $800. Honestly I think it was worth it.

we stay here at least once a year. The check-in process is a little stressful because the line was so long and seemed like there was not enough people working. However, the rooms are clean. The waterpark is nice and the kids always have a good time.

This was our 3rd time here and had a good experience overall. Kitchen need to be cleaned better. Staff was very helpful but even we described what needed to be clean they still missed most of it. 4/5 just because it’s a this experience.

We have been staying at Timber Ridge for several years now. We love the waterpark for the kids, the food selection, friendly customer service, and the close location to downtown!
