The hotel was very clean. The staff were very friendly. We had the hotel shuttle pick us up and take us to the hotel which was great. The bus stop was right across the street which made it so easy to get around. We stayed 7nights and the only bad thing is the traffic was so loud. Sound proof windows would make a great difference for people who stay that long.

Fabulous old estate turned hotel. Beautiful grounds. Friendly and knowledgable staff. The building is old but has been refurbished although painting is needed on exterior wood surfaces to avoid decay. Hopefully they'll put some paint on the wooden trims on the exterior before rot sets in. No elevator so be prepared to climb stairs. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again in the future if back in the area.

The breakfast was the typical great Marriott standard with great kitchen staff. The housekeepers were very kind and helpful, especially Regina. Shout out to the helpful drivers, Joseph and John, that made navigation quite pleasant and simple. We would definitely recommend this convenient locale.

Staff friendly and helpful Room very comfortable Great hot water and shower water pressure Shuttle service very helpful in getting to local restaurants abd tge airport Breakfast buffet has a good selection Two concerns: No liquid shower soap, or shampoo; a reflection of poor room prep by maid service Traffic noise heard throughout evening and earlly a.m. significant truck/industrial traffic noted in area.

The rooms were really clean. The bathroom even had a night light which I was very impressed, it could use more plug ins for electronic devices though. The room was beautiful, and comfortable bed and down pillows. Plenty of lighting. Accent pillows. Complementary breakfast, Great shuttle. Very professional staff, drivers, housekeeping. Great experience! Overall!

What a great night sleep! We arrived at 9pm with our little 1.5 year old boy after a long flight. They had a super comfortable bed and we slept wonderfully. Too bad for jetlag, since we woke up at 4:00am, fully awake. So we had to miss out on breakfast since we just wanted to get on the road back home. Only thing to be improved is the price. It is very expensive, but the rest we got was much needed.

At the time we checked in there were two rooms left. One facing a busy street and 1 that had a non functioning card lock. We would have to be escorted up every time we left the room together. We choose the busy street. Bad choice. It was loud!!! The room itself is clean and comfortable but we had a bad night sleep. The shuttle to the airport was quick with personable drivers who gave us advice on what to see. I would come again if I could guarentee a room not facing the street.

I found the room to be exceptionally clean and functional. My disappointment was in the reception desk staff. They were helpful but lacked enthusiasm. Also the hotel is in a commercial area near the airport with no restaurants. Since the hotel has no restaurants you need to travel to get anything to eat. The hotel does offer free shuttle service to a few restaurants. My suggestion is to use uber. The shuttle to the airport is great::On time with a friendly driver.
