Staff was very friendly at the front desk. My handicapped room was very spacious easy for me to move around in my wheelchair. Nice view from my window I could see Baseball stadium for the college world series. Only not great was train and traffic noise all nice long.

We liked our comfortable suite very much. The front desk staff were so welcoming, and a manager texted us right away to ask if there was anything we needed. Bob, the maintenance man, was prompt and cheerful to fix a small problem. The pool was so clean and the water warmed. We plan to visit again!

The room that I was supposed to get in my reservation, somebody broke something in that room. The staff coordinated a room for me it wasn’t really handicap friendly however there was a walk-in shower. It was beautiful. That was beautiful. The whole staff was beautiful highly recommend them. We’ll stay there again.

The staff was great, very friendly. Directly across from Charles Schwab field. Great location for watching a lot of baseball. Big Ten Tournament. Breakfast was great, a lot of choices. Wednesday eve they had snacks and wine.

I’m 80 years old and went to Omaha for the baseball big 10 championship… The hotel is next to the Schwab stadium a 30 second walk… You can always find faults anywhere you travel…the smartest thing they Do is having paper plates at breakfast and their guests all cleanup … No dishes in hallways…no dish leftovers and noise…their guests and staff Are ordinary great people with amazing manners….the suites were good… The hallways always clean…the help went out of their way to assist any Issue or question…this is a great homey place …

The hotel was booked for the weekend and staff called while we were driving from Texas to ask if we were will to move rooms and it actually worked out in our favor. The rooms were so spacious and the hotel was very clean. Breakfast was also good each day during our stay. Staff was friendly and welcoming and thanked me each time they saw me for being so accommodating.
