We had a noisy room over the pool on the first night, but the hotel moved us when we asked. Had a lovely quiet room after that with lovely sea views. The food was delicious, readily available and very varied, Portofino was especially great, very serene and a lovely position just off the beach. A real treat!

Some of the staff were very friendly and helpful, which we appreciated. However, overall, the level of service needs significant improvement. Unfortunately, the experience did not feel like that of a true 5-star hotel; in my view, it was closer to a 3.5–4-star experience. There is considerable room for improvement in both the consistency and quality of the service.

The hotel is definitely not five star and it’s not truly all inclusive. If you think you’re gonna have liquor or anything like that in your room, you don’t food times are really weird. The only thing we can kind of get all day is from the sports bar which the food was not that good also, if you want to drink after 1 AM you have to pay for your drinks. It just wasn’t the same as the standard five star all-inclusive that I’ve been to more fun on the beach with the beach club which was decently priced.

The hotel staff was very helpful and food at this resort was very excellent. If you’re a single couple maybe an adult only resort might be better. Lots of families and kids enjoying themselves here. Definite recommend if that’s your planned vacation style. Proximity to high profile clubs can’t be understated. Hi and Ushuaia are within walking distance. Dalt Vila is also a 10 minute car ride. Only reason it didn’t get five stars is the air conditioning unit was very week in the room. Made a few nights uncomfortable.

My stay here was…….interesting. The property was nice. There was an incident where the room I booked was “unavailable”. That’s all that I was told. Was offered a comparable room and assured that it would be nice. It looked like servant quarters to me so I proceeded back to the registration desk. Was given a better room. The staff was okay. I did feel that the staff was not very accommodating to me because I am a darker skinned person but couldn’t really prove that. The drinks were okay. The food was okay. Nice pool and beach though. I wouldn’t necessarily say that I wouldn’t stay here again but it’s highly unlikely.

We had an amazing stay! The hotel was beautiful, the service was excellent, and everyone was so welcoming. A special thank you to Coco from the bar. From the moment we met him, he made us feel at home. He was incredibly friendly, funny, and full of positive energy. Seeing him selling coconuts while playing Dominican bachata instantly made us feel like we had a little piece of home in Ibiza. He truly knows how to create a fun and welcoming atmosphere, and his hospitality made our vacation even more memorable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ibiza. Thank you for making our trip so special!

Stayed here for 10 nights and i would say this hotel is a great place to stay. Very clean and very modern. I feel the sport bar area is outdated and needs a lick of paint. Overall a great place to stay. Staff are wonderful and very hardworking.

I visited with my daughter for few days. The hotel is really pretty with pools, beach anccess and great choice of Restaurants and Bars on the property site. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. There is a mini kids club and junior club for older kid. We will be back for sure. It is a great place to unwind.

Fantastic hotel, we went with 4 generations including baby, 30s, 50s and almost 80 and the hotel catered fabulously to us all. Great all inclusive, with NICE food and drinks not rubbish buffet stuff, can’t rate enough!

The hotel was beautiful and very well maintained. The room was clean and spacious. The Bingo show was absolutely outstanding, so professional. However, I felt it was lacking day entertainment. For juniors it was more hanging out in the playroom as opposed to having games around the pool like in other resorts. The food was excellent quality but the allergens are not distinguished from traces so even the pizza shows as peanut and nuts allergy. Nowadays nothing is free from traces. I was not informed until the end of the stay that I could request my food in advance and that they would prepare it for me separately due to my allergy even though I made staff aware of my allergies. Overall, that was quite disappointing.

The only reason this got 3 stars was because of the great staff and proximity to the airport. Beyond that, it was a disappointing stay. Extremely limited food and drink options for an “all-inclusive”, generic wine, and Heineken the only beer on tap. Really??? Also, the reservation-only dining was laughable. Same food as the main dining hall but slightly dressed-up with white tablecloths. Very underwhelming. Will not return - between the appearance of value with very little behind it, and guests smoking everywhere, it was a big miss

The good - spacious hotel, plenty of space in the room. Good pool areas with lots of sunbeds. The Italian restaurant was good. Our son had a great time at the kids disco The bad - Dirty plates at the buffet. Room not properly cleaned, floor not mopped, no dusting below the TV. Poor buffet options, repetitive and lack of options for children, food quite often cold. No option for pool snacks, have to go to 24/7 bar and eat there. Cocktails are pre mixed and sugary. I would expect a 5 star all inclusive to make the drinks each time. Can only book al a carte restaurants 3 times during a 7 night stay, but you are not told that. Lack of activities and children's entertainment, can only participate if you leave your child at the kids club.
