The staff were amazing! The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the beach. The roof top pool is beautiful view and the gym was had everything you need !

I really enjoyed our stay. Having our own kitchen was very important to us with some dietary restrictions. A minute from the beach and great boardwalk. Access to the roof pool. Would definitely come back.

This location was absolutely perfect! Close to all my favorite places on Hollywood Beach so we could do a lot of walking instead of driving. The room was wonderful and the staff beyond excellent. When we had a slight issue with a shower door, the staff was responsive and fixed it quickly. A very clean and pleasant five day trip.

The valet was very convenient and the unit was clean with a nice partial ocean view the only downside was the shade for the sliding door was half damaged and scuff marks on the walls otherwise a good vacation experience.

We recently stayed at this property. While the apartment itself was clean and spacious, our stay was unfortunately marred by several logistical issues and missing amenities. Here is a breakdown of our experience: The Room: The apartment was clean and roomy, which we appreciated. However, we booked for 4 people and there was only one bed. The expected sofa bed/daybed (diván) was completely missing, making sleeping arrangements very uncomfortable. Additionally, there was no dish soap provided in the kitchen. Location & Layout: The property consists of two buildings, and we were placed in the one without direct access to the pool. To make matters worse, there are very few elevators, and they are poorly located, leading to long wait times. Parking: The parking fee is very expensive, and to access it, you have to use a completely different, inconvenient elevator. Pool Hours: The pool closes at 8:00 PM, which is way too early. It should definitely stay open later so guests can enjoy it after a long day of sightseeing. With better management, clearer information, and improved amenities, this could be a great place to stay. As it stands, it fell short of our expectations.

The dishwasher didn't work and didn't get repaired during the stay. We were short towels when we arrived. I requested some. Received towels, but not exactly what was requested. The hotel where you check in isn't responsible for supplies or any other requests. They need to be made by phone or via email to the property owner who, it ended up being out of the area. It was difficult getting prompt replies from property owner. The pool area in the hotel related to the apartment was very nice. The walk to the beach is manageable.

Property was nice, good location. Room was very basic. You get better amenities in a typical hotel room. Comfortable bed. Room always felt humid. Had an issue with the tv, we weren’t able to watch anything because the only service hooked up was Roku, but there was no Roku remote in the room. After calling and texting the host several times back and forth, and 2 visits from a technician we were provided a Roku remote. Chairs on the beach were all so close together, everyone is on top of each other. Have to pay for umbrella which is a rip off. Not sure what the $40/day extra resort fee actually gets you. The rooftop pool is nice but very crowded. The rooftop bar/restaurant is fun but very expensive. We probably wouldn’t stay here again.

It’s a great location and reflects the pictures well. Each room I believe is owned by different people & not directly by the main hotel. We had the 2 bedroom & had 4 bath towels & 2 hand towels for a 3 night stay for 5 people. They did bring some us extra but we still had to reuse them over which is just gross. They do not supply simple things like trash bags, laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher tabs. So if you plan to use those things you will have to bring them. The 3 beds my children stayed in had basically a towel like cover so they all froze for 3 nights and said it was torture. Also, tv in mb did not work & remote so wore out you couldn’t even fix it. They charge you an extra $$$ when you get there for resort fees. I’d look elsewhere.

A few items to note: The TV in the main room was not working. Said the tuner wasn’t hooked up, so we couldn’t watch tv there. We attempted to call to report it. But could ever get through. The floors were extremely dirty. You couldn’t walk bare foot or your feet were filthy and black. Needed additional towels, toilet tissue and trash bags. Again, couldn’t get through on the phone, so we emailed and had towels that evening. We were woken up daily at sunrise due to there only being sheers over the glass doors. It was so bright that it was impossible to sleep. I would advise blackout drapes/curtains.

Not appropriate for more than 2 people in your party. Apt was reserved for 4 ppl. There was enough sleeping room BUT they only provided two washcloths. When I requested more, they refused. When I asked if we were expected to SHARE washcloths, they called me disrespectful. Eventually they did provide two more washcloths, but I had already purchased two washcloths at a local store. Host was horrible. Also be prepared for many many extra charges that are NOT listed. I was contacted a few weeks before my stay insisting that I pay hundreds of extra dollars or else my reservation would be cancelled. Beware of this host!
