Had a great stay at the Mercantile the staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Appreciated that breakfast was served daily and it had a great central location to the convention center. When I return to New Orleans, I’ll definitely plan to stay here again!

The hotel was in great location. Better parking options than most locations in NOLA. I don’t advise anyone staying in a room right next to the elevator as it is pretty loud. Staff was great and helpful.

This hotel was the perfect experience in New Orleans. It was close to the convention center the outlet mall and Great eating experiences. I would definitely recommend staying here. Thoroughly enjoyed the staff. They are what made this experience great.

My room was huge with a separate lounge room with record player and a selection of jazz records. The air conditioning work so well I had to turn it off at night. Very happy with its location close to the convention centre. One issue was the door was hard to close due to a loose hinge. I would stay again.

Be sure to check the address that comes up if you click copy address via Expedia. It was the wrong address. I wasted $40 on Lyft to a wrong location. No airport shuttle to this hotel. This was a good stay. Breakfast was good and the room was comfortable.
