Very clean, and quiet. Excellent location, walkable to the train station and shops. The only little complaint was the pillows, a bit too hard for my liking.
The room was promptly cleaned and facilities were great with easy use of washing machine and dryer. Onsen and complimentary ice cream and ramen were a bonus to the stay.
Spa area, onsen, was in the best in the world... cold pillow, cold plunge, steam sauna room with cypress tree smell, best relaxation ever... plus great body products. Macha Latte was the best!
Friendly, polite, and very knowledgable staff made the stay great.
Rooms, hallway, common areas were all very clean.
Hot springs was great and the evening ramen wonderful.
Location is extremely convenient to everything.
The best hotel of trip in Tokyo. We really enjoy the hot springs Japanese bath and the amenities. Lots of free perks and the room are super comfortable. Dormy Inn is the best
So close to Ginza shopping area location is unbeatable. New and nice clean interior, always smells nice in lobby. Nice Onsen you can relax everyday after a long shopping day. Will def choose this again next time
Excellent place to stay. Room are not as small as in other hotels. I love the free washing machines next to the baths. Location is great, in Ginza but far from crowds, also walking distance to Tsukiji and easy access to subway. No complaints at all.
We stayed on the 12th floor, and our room had a private hinoki tub on the balcony. The private tub was definitely the highlight of our stay! It was so nice not having to go down to the basement and being able to enjoy the tub privately with our family.
My boys also tried the breakfast on the second floor and said it was superb! We had such a wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back again!
Loved my stay at Dormy Inn! All staff were very kind, helpful and made sure I was comfortable. The onsen onsite was my favorite spot. I will definitely be back next time I comeback to Tokyo.
The rooms are small but very efficiently designed, neat and spotless. There’s a cute roof deck where I enjoyed the view and some quiet time. I really liked the public bath, there’s also a sauna and cold plunge. It was very clean. The hotel is small, which I really liked.
The location is great- just off the main shopping area of Ginza, with its own cute vibe and Easy access to multiple train stations to get around Tokyo. Try the Katsu restaurant across the street, it’s delicious!
Rooms are somewhat small. You can’t use the private hot springs if you have tattoos. Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. It is located in a lovely area.
The room is small by American standards but is normal by Japanese standards. So many thoughtful amenities. I liked the different size pajamas, the free drinks on the second floor, the nice onsen and snacks afterwards. Conveniently located to public transportation. Next door to Family Mart. Staff were friendly and spoke English.
Great location, amenities and comfortable bed. Be aware that the onsen is not tattoo friendly. The hotel kindly provided adhesive covers but you may do well to bring your own. Breakfast buffet is wonderful and well worth the cost. There’s a Family Mart right across the street which is nice to have.
I had a lovely stay! The whole hotel and my room were so clean and tidy. The amenities were also brilliant - visiting the onsen after a long day of walking around exploring Tokyo was so relaxing. Breakfast was also great - I loved the little touches like matcha on tap. I’d absolutely stay here again!
