The hotel is near everything you need: the mall, food stores, and restaurants. My favorite thing is the kitchen, which makes it a home away from home.

Clean room and a comfortable bed. Not much else needed. The location is also close to shopping and dining without being on the busier University Drive.

Check-in was easy and parking is easily accessible. Staff was friendly and helpful. Property and room is very clean and a good breakfast selection. And it's close to everything you may need for your stay, including a grocery store and restaurants within a 2-minute walk from the property and a major shopping mall 5-8 minute drive away.

I liked how the property was mostly centered like across the street is a plaza with Publix as well as restaurants and more. Every hotel has there policies and such but the only downside for me was housekeeping was not every day. You had 1 free request and additional housekeeping services were a fee. I guess they listed that option on website and I may have missed it but other than that my experience was good.

The rooms were large and clean, large kitchen, but ours had a faint musty smell. The common area, used for the breakfast buffet was very nice- clean and spacious- and the food at the buffet was also very nice. My main comment concerns the condition of the hallways and carpets- pretty well-worn and definitely in need of a refresh. With a little work, the 3 stars could be a 4 or even 5 star property, but if they don't start maintaining it better, it could slip to a 2.

My stay was very comfortable, I liked having a kitchen which was very convenient. The location is very close to Broward Mall, a very short 5 mins ride away. Sawgrass and FLL are also close by. Property is maintained and staff were responsive. Overall a good stay.

Had a wonderful time at the Sonesta Suites. I was so pleased with the accommodations and there was sufficient space for everyone. Was extremely happy to be on the ground floor and close to an exit door for my aged mother. Breakfast was great.

The property was clean and maintained. I was moved to another room because my toilet was defective. In the new room the side table drawer couldn't close. I was told if I didn't get hurt, nothing could be done to compensate me. I tied the drawer to the lamp to ensure I didn't fall over the open drawer.
