Everything was great. Our daughter got married on Sunday and the hotel staff was very accomodating and helpful. The room was well taken care of by housekeeping. All our guests were very happy. Everyone enjoyed the bar and restaurant. The coffee bar was a big hit as well. No complaints at all.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a space that is clean, cozy, and on the quieter side. My partner and I stayed here and enjoyed the overall welcoming atmosphere of all the staff. We were also happy with the location as it’s very close to Newport, and were thrilled that there was a free shuttle/bicycles to use to travel into town. The onsite pool, gym, and laundry room were an additional perk we were happy to have!

The hotel was well maintained and the staff was very friendly and readily available to help in any way. They offer a free shuttle hourly but there is also a bus stop nearby that goes straight to downtown more frequently.

We loved our stay here. The hotel was really cute with spacious rooms. Staff was very helpful. There was a shuttle that ran from hotel to town every hour. We would stay again. Only small complaint was there could be more lighter in the room, but nothing to change my rating. They even had a steamer in the room and great products, soap and cream.

The Wayfinder is a beautiful hotel not far from all the amazing things to do in Newport. The rooms were spacious and the hotel restaurant had amazing food. The pool had a great atmosphere and was very child friendly. I will definitely stay here the next time we come to Newport.

Pros location and price are great. shuttle to downtown consistent all day. Property is very clean. staff terrific. restaurant is family friendly. Cons - restaurant is limited. not open for lunch, small menu for breakfast and dinner. quality is good but not great. one or 2 dishes were very good. - No dressers in rooms to put clothing. have to request iron and board. - one central elevator. a lot of walking for some rooms on the far end.

Staff were very helpful. Good location. Room was nice, but attention to detail when cleaning was lacking. We had an issue with our toilet flushing when we were there and it was addressed satisfactorily. Overall quiet, except for our last night.
