We love staying at The Read House. It's a stunning old hotel that will never go out of style. The rooms are big and comfy. Make it a point to eat at Bridgeman's Steakhouse if you can. Wonderful place!!

My family of 5 loved this hotel! It was so special and fun taking our 9, 7, and 3 year old. The property is beautiful and in a great location to get to all kind of activities around town. The staff were so kind and our room was beautiful- just as it was pictured online. We will definitely be back!

The property is historic and kept beautifully. It’s like entering into the 1940’s. A must stay. Food was amazing and the speciality drinks were wonderful . The room was beautiful and clean. An unforgettable experience. Will definitely stay there again on my next visit.

If you are looking for a real first class hotel, you need to look no further. Read House is the place to go. First class starting with the valet parking, front desk, quality of the room, and the first class staff you run into on a daily basis. We definitely will be back.

This place is so fancy I loved my stay. Didn’t have time for the pool but I saw it and it looks wonderful. The beds were comfortable and I enjoyed the provided coffee. The read house is convenient to everything in downtown Chattanooga and not far from Rock city or Ruby falls. Love the river area too.
