In general, it was a nice place to stay very friendly workers. If I had an issue it would be that the floors in the room weren’t that clean and it’s probably time for an upgrade. We had the kitchenette room which was very nice. No supplies were given so you would have to be prepared or go by your own stuff early morning showers were not that great. Everybody else in the hotel was probably up getting showers and the water was pretty cold so you would have to wait until later on to get a hot shower again. The biggest thing that I appreciated was the employees that worked there very nice and accommodating.

The gentleman was very professional and nice at the front desk. The place was very clean. The location is good. The breakfast needs more protein like hard boiled eggs and preotein bars in the pastry cabinet. If there is a way to get the proetin bars without the wrappers and put in pastry cabinet, then people won't take for later. Coconut yogurt or any non dairy yogurt would be a nice option for those of us who get sick from the regulat yogurt! Overall very nice.

The room was not super clean was but okay , the receptionist that first helped us told us that they did not do early check in , I had to speak to someone else just to be able to check in , the people that do breakfast are wonderful and super friendly and helpful, breakfast though is not that big of a deal there , just waffle, cereal ,coffee, bagels ,yogurts, apples juice and pre made oatmeal packs , I thought they would have eggs and meat and other stuff , the surrounding area is a bit deserted not many shops that you can walk to but there are places 4 to 5 min away driving

Staff were very polite and answered any questions we had, and they respected the "Do Not Disturb" sign we kept hung on the door, because we like our privacy. There were some cracked tiles, a hair on the hairdryer, and stains in the microwave, but the room smelled like cleaners, the beds were fresh and clean, no bugs anywhere, all the appliances worked. If you don't mind leaves in the pool and your neighbors having kids or dogs, this was a great place to stay, for the price, A/C also works GREAT. Saw staff cleaning rooms around us and refreshing linens and towels regularly. No trash left in hallways or anything. Nice that it was also a no smoking facility.

The free breakfast can be better. The coffee was not good, no eggs at all or any other protein, only carbs, the location is outside Panama City beach but it wasn’t a problem, like 15 min, (depend of the traffic) far from all the activities
