Amazing resort, with amazing service. Vacation was excellent. Nichols the gentlemen that takes everyone's bags to there rooms is an amazing employee. Julio and Fernando the bartenders at the swim up bar at the main pool made grea6t drinks and the service was amazing with them. The negative, we felt pressured to attend a Hyatt sales pitch to become a Hyatt rewards member. Once the presentation was over they were to pushy for us to buy this service. other then that it was a great trip.

We upgraded our room when we arrive to a swim out. We probably should’ve complained at the beginning but decided not to, our room smelt so bad the entire time like fish and lake water. The restaurants were OK. Service was always wonderful. The main negative is that two out of our four person group got sick, two different nights. One from the Asian restaurant, one from the steakhouse. This forced us to buy Imodium and Pepto from the hotel pharmacy which ran right around $100.
