This is the hotel to stay in Osaka. What a beautiful views, clean and roomy. Enjoyed every moment in Osaka. Also beautiful city. Loved it !

Very clean and very quiet. Multilingual staff. Very modern upscale quiet neighborhood, and close to two rail lines (including the Yamanote line) and a metro line. Plenty of dining options around including an excellent French cafe/bakery close by that opens for breakfast at 7am. I would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful stay. The room was spacious and cleaned daily. Staff were incredibly nice and helpful they held our cases on the last day with us having a late flight and also had them ready when we checked in as we transferred them from our previous hotel. Was incredibly convenient being right on the Yamanote line and lots of shops around the area. Check in and out was very smooth and easy. Will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend good value for money.

Great location, and rooms + amenities. The staff was great and really friendly as well. Loved that the hotel had a public path that was well maintained and gave us enough information to navigate as someone not familiar. There are vending machines within the hotel, a microwave wave, and free coffee/drinks in the lobby. We didn’t try the restaurant so can’t say much about that.
