I would stay hear again in a heartbeat. The staff were extremely welcoming and so helpful, the bed was fantastic. The amenities were unreal (example: the housekeeping left a cleaning cloth under my glasses by the bed during cleaning). The attention to detail was exceptional. It is an easy walk to anywhere (De Pijp neighbourhood for meals and further into the city centre for museums and other things).

I can’t say now how good this hotel is the staff of facilities service for quality. Everything is top tier. I especially would like to point a reception Millie and Luis. They were exceptional and I highly recommend the Japanese restaurant.

The hotel Okura is very well situated and within an easy walking distance to great neighbourhoods. We also took advantage of the bike rentals offered by the hotel which was an amazing way to see the city. The staff were very helpful, attentive and the rooms were bright, clean and the service again was wonderful. The Terrace restaurant was outstanding (a little pricey) but worth it. We would definitely stay here again.
