Excellent Stay

Great stay at the Glass Light Hotel. This was our first stay at the Glass Light Hotel in Norfolk, Virginia. Great location, easy walk to plenty of museums, dining + drinks, etc. Staff was excellent, rooms are big and well pointed with large walk-in showers. Highly recommend!!!!

This hotel is special. What other hotel is part of a glass museum with beautiful pieces? While a busy metropolitan outside, inside transports you into an area of Grace, cleanliness, and culture with a touch of whimsy. The hotel is chic and clean and staffed with happy and efficient staff. The rooms are stylish and very clean. A lovely place to stay in a bustling city.

Very cool hotel. Right next to all the Norfolk sights/sites like the historic Cannonball green path and Freemason street. Excellent restaurants and stores nearby. And the hotel restaurant is really not your usual hotel restaurant but really top flight. Also very helpful and understanding staff.

Check in was delayed by 45 minutes and front desk was not nice about it, refused to escalate the situation or offer different options, and told me to just deal with the inconvenience. However, executive housekeeping lady was so nice, property was very clean and spacious, and neighborhood was so cute.

Beautiful property at a great location

My second time staying at this beautiful property and just as great as the first time. Great downtown location near everything and I love the Lavazza coffee in the rooms. The beds are on the firm side but not uncomfortable. Also the bar has the best Old Fashioneds. I will definitely be back again.
