The hotel is clean and modern. All the staff we encountered were warm and friendly - reception suggested taking on-street taxis rather than Uber, as they said were just as safe and cheaper - whilst apprehensive of their advice, they were right! It's located in the JBR area, so it's walking distance to other restaurants and shops, if you fancy exploring the local vicinity. The gym is well equipped and the equipment is the same/comparable to some standalone gyms. We visited the spa for massage treatments which was excellent - book in advance. The bar/cafe and restaurant had a variety of options which catered to most tastes - couldn't fault the quality. Whilst they have an area on the beach designated for guests, the number of loungers are limited. There is space within the grounds, but note the music will be louder and constant.

Best hotel in JBR. Highly recommend staying here if you visit Dubai. The food, the pool area and last but not least the room cleaning was always done perfectly. Big thanks to one of the cleaners named Tanya, he was so kind and service minded.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I would especially like to highlight Denis and Hassan at the reception, as well as Cosmos, whose friendliness and helpfulness truly stood out. Their professionalism and warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself offers a well-kept property, comfortable rooms, and a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended — we would gladly come back!

Great service. Good food. Beach was closed and pool was wildly crowded. 3 days in a row couldn’t get a seat by pool. Given the beach in front of the hotel was closed, this really impacted my stay.

The room was perfect and the noise that we’ve heard complaints of on recent reviews wasn’t bad at all. The turquoise restaurant had everything you could imagine and was lovely. The food was delicious the staff were very attentive too. If you get chance then definitely Visit the spa. We enjoyed the hammas Turkish treatment for 2 and was thoroughly enjoyable.

Great customer service , rooms and food. Only issue was loud music and noise from the hotel next door and the Rixos pool music doesn’t have to be as loud - but we loved our stay and our holiday overall
