Amazing service and every staff member goes out of their way to help you. It's a Mandarin Oriental but feels like a small boutique hotel because of its size. Great amenities in the room. Perfect location in Central and right next to the MTR station. Just don't expect a view from your room.

Location and room perfect for weekend staycation

Hotel located in CBD district is very easy to find. Our room was on 10/F but it's very quiet and we slept very well on the comfortable beds. There's no view outside windows but I felt harmony with the room interior (maybe it's the wooden furniture?). The bath tub was HUGE and my daughter had so much fun!

夜明け前の到着でも迅速に対応していただき、部屋を用意して貰えたので、短い滞在を気持ち良く、しかも効率良くスタートすることが出来ました。 全てにおいてハイスタンダード、唯一、部屋からの展望のみが残念ですが、香港の滞在を効率良く快適に過ごすのに最適なホテルです。 レストランのチョイスが増えたのも、嬉しい点です。

We booked a night’s staycation to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The hotel and its staff arranged lots of upgrades/treats, as well as early check in / late check out. The hotel decor is nice, our bed was super comfy and breakfast was great. A good hotel with lovely staff in a convenient location.

Great and wonderful staff all around!!

Friend referred me to the The Landmark for our last night in Hong Kong. Room no. 1101 was clean. Looked just like the website photos. Check-in was easy. Concierge was super helpful, great service. Very attentive to details. Made sure to assist with our luggage. Bottle of champagne as a night cap. Helped with finding my Uber destination(since I cannot read Chinese characters). Bell desk service was just perfect too. However the room had no views because it was faced directly to the building across. Which was not the best, considering the price. Must admit, the location is wonderful, connected to the The Landmark Mall, HUGE!! Great for all types of dining and shopping. I would return to the Landmark Mandarin. Just make sure to request for a better view.

The hotel has an excellent location with easy access to all parts of the city. The rooms need a little renovation. Mattress is not good. Amenities are excellent. Breakfast is excellent too
