Staff came and cleaned our room well every day. We enjoyed the daily bottles of water and the coffee pods. The fridge was a good size. There were many outlets where we could plug in and charge our devices. The room was quiet and the beds and pillows very comfortable. The extra room where a laptop could be used was great, especially because that room had a door that could be closed. The whole "room" felt more like a suite. Staff were always willing to help with anything that we desired. The courtyard and outdoor shaded sitting spots were appreciated. This hotel is close to the Rhine Promenade and close to many restaurants and many Kiosk stores. We would love to stay at this hotel again.

We stayed at The Wellem for two nights in their Junior Suite and had a wonderful experience! Beautiful property, spacious accommodation and attentive staff. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you’re planning a trip to Düsseldorf. The only thing I found missing for this otherwise exceptional hotel is that they don’t provide shower gel which is weird given the other amenities they provide, so be sure to carry one!

The room was not the type we had chosen. It was a studio for people who stay longer and have other requirements. It did not meet our expections. But everything was clean and ok. Hand towels were missing.
