The staff were friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, so many choices each morning. The buildings and rooms are a bit older and could use some updating, but we loved the layout of our room with the loft bedroom. We enjoyed the pool every day. We would definitely choose this hotel again!

This is an aging property, and it shows. However, the staff clearly do their best to keep the property as clean as possible. What impressed me most about this property was the staff. They were super helpful. At check-in, a friendly gentleman greeted us and quickly got us checked in. Later, we discovered our remote did not work, and he promptly brought a new one to our room. The next day, I went by the desk to grab a blanket, and the nice desk attendant was friendly and helpful. The next day, when I lost my key in the fitness center, the clerk was very nice to help me. At a time when it's hard to find nice, customer-friendly people, I found 3 of them at this Residence Inn!
