The bed was comfy and the room was very modern and exactly what you need if you don’t plan on being in the room beyond sleeping and bathing! Really liked that citizenM was an escape from the hustle and bustle outside. Chill and calm, lovely bar to sit at, love the rooms, bed is super comfortable, staff very friendly, and will visit again!

Friendly and helpful staff at this location. My favorite thing was the unforgettable view on the rooftop! Everything was sparkly clean, comfortable bed, refillable water station in the lobby & gym. This location is walking distance to many shopping spaces, restaurants, Lombard street, California street.
