This hotel was amazing! The staff were always helpful and gave great suggestions on where to eat and what to see! The bed was comfy and the room was very modern and exactly what you need if you don’t plan on being in the room beyond sleeping and bathing! Really liked that citizenM was an escape from the hustle and bustle outside. Chill and calm, lovely bar to sit at, love the rooms, bed is super comfortable, staff very friendly, and will visit again!

Super friendly staff, clean and modern room. Beautiful lobby area with plenty of seating and work areas. Breakfast buffet was great with plenty of options, and my chilled Americano hit the spot every morning. Will be staying here again, and plan on staying at the Miami location next month.

Citizen M was great! We chose it because it was a good deal but we were blown away by the hotel. It has all the essentials but is but super clean and chic. The lounge area/ bar was nice and the staff was so friendly! Will definitely be staying at CitizenM again.

Nice cheap stay, staff is super friendly and wanted to be there! Would definitely stay here again on my next trip, room is small and cozy if you don’t mind small rooms, i thought the room was cool for me and my girl. Best part was the free water that didn’t taste like metal lol
