Deluxe golf course view rooms were big with a hot tub on the balcony. Nice bathroom which needs some towel racks. There are only 2 pegs to hang towels. Restaurant food was spotty, some great, some average. Some had great service-Agra, Cantina, Momo, and others were very slow. Getting reservations for a large group was difficult. Language was a barrier throughout the resort. No one was sure about what was open and what wasn’t. Even at the customer relations desk. If you showed them something in the app, they had no clue it even existed. They made reservations for us at restaurants that were closed that day. It seemed like no one knew anything. Pools that were open were lovely the beach was a walk but nice-although waves were red flag. It was great to have chairs and towels available everywhere with no problem getting them.The water slides and wave rider were great. It was fabulous to have the arcade available at no charge. Otherwise the kids would have nothing to do in the evening. Pools close at 6:00. More entertainment for kids and teens is needed. I hope they never start charging for the arcade or wave rider. It makes a huge difference to have it available at no charge.
There was so much construction that we weren’t prepared for. So many things weren’t open yet. We should have been made aware of this when we booked. You could hear hammering at 11pm. This resort will be fabulous when everything is open-unless it is too crowded and there are charges for amenities.
