We enjoyed the pool area and the cold beer. The areas were clean but the cigarette smell from the casino was reaching most areas of the lobby and the common areas. I will stay here again in the future.

Having the casino on the property is pretty amazing. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The chairs in the rooms should be cleaned Please offer more water, make bottles bigger, or provide water coolers/stations on each floor.

First time staying at the Hard Rock Tulsa and was pleasantly surprised at how well maintained it was and how diligently the employees were in constantly cleaning the casino and food court areas. The employees were all very nice and it has the closest to a “Vegas” casino feel than some others in Oklahoma. The suite in the Hard Rock tower was spacious and clean. There were some slight signs of age in small areas but you can tell they strive to take good care of their property over just letting it fall apart.

Room was very clean ( Gigantic Shower) Staff very nice, especially at check in Casino big ( won $160 on a penny slot ) Bar by HRL made great drinks (not weak) Our concert was canceled so we explored the huge hotel and casino and had fun looking at all the memorabilia. A lot of food places and a great coffee and desert spot. Brunch buffet was very good.

The directions to the hotel entrance were vague. I had to go in another entrance and ask customers where the entrance was. The staff we very helpful. Carvers restaurant was wonderful. The pool area seemed small for the size of the hotel.
