We arrived with other families at the same time, although the lobby/registrayion area was small, the staff were very helpful to check us in and hold our luggages. The room was clean, the bathroom was more spacious than I expected. Location, location, location. We were in the midst of everything. Station, restaurants, stores were all in walkable distance.

The hotel is located perfectly for visiting Kabukicho & is well maintained. There is a restaurant in the lobby area which serves all kinds of Asian food including Thai, Japanese etc which can have a strong aroma as you enter the hotel. The staff are extremely helpful & courteous. The only issue I had with the hotel was that for a hotel with 15 floors they only had one elevator which often meant waiting a long time to either enter or leave.

Rooms were very clean and staff was very helpful. I was worried because after booking i noticed some reviews talking about noise issues due to location, but I didn’t have a problem. Rooms are small, but that’s to be expected in Tokyo. It’s also in a convenient location close to Shinjuku station making it easy to get to other parts of the city. Overall, would stay here again and recommend it to others.

The location was great! It's near Shinjuku station, restaurants and bars. The staff was friendly and check in was fast. The room was on the smaller side, but still comfortable for 2 people. The breakfast included was a mix of western style (eggs, ham, pancakes) and Indian(naan, curry) buffet style. It was all delicious. The only minor downside was that there was just one elevator, which occasionally made things a bit slow. But nothing that wouldn't want me to stay here again.

Great location. Ten minute walk to shinjuku subway which connects to many different lines. This is a very small room but everything fits if you are careful. I would not recommend it for any more than one person. Great shower.
