I have to say the stay was great and amazing Elaine and Kenatra helped me get situated with excursions, food information about the island and the full use of the resort I will definitely stay there again. Thank you to Elaine and Kenatra they did an amazing job and the rest of the staff made this vacation feel like home

This is one of the most beautiful properties on the island! Rooms are extremely clean. 97% of the staff are very friendly, but the 3% staff are the servers at the restaurant. Bar tenders are fantastic! The restaurant food is subpar with terrible waiters.

Our room was clean and we loved having the kitchenette. The adult friendly pool area is very nice and the bartenders were fabulous. There is NO beach at this resort. So if you want a beach you can swim at, this is NOT the resort for you. The food is marginal and the servers in the main dining area couldn’t care less if you’re there but the bartender Josh was amazing.

I loved the free shuttles to some of the beaches! I loved the activities that they had on site! For instance one night we did smores and the next night we did karaoke on the property! The sunset tour from margaritaville was absolutely amazing! We celebrated our daughter’s sweet 16 here and it was for sure some beautiful and wonderful memories! I highly recommend this property! The property was well kept!

Had a great stay at Margaritaville recently. Unfortunately the sargassum was very bad, although we know it was not the property's fault, but it made us want to stay away from the lower pool. Also, because it's not busy season, some activities were cancelled that we were interested in, like Bingo! We enjoyed karaoke, and we really loved the hilltop pool and bar! The staff was wonderful, our room was clean, bed was comfy, it was easy to call for a golf cart when we needed one, and we met so many nice people during our stay.

The hotel staff was so friendly, but the smell of the sargassum was almost unbearable in certain areas. They closed the restaurants early most evenings and shut the pool bar down for 3 of the 6 days we were there. For sure a resort that isn’t catered to “off season” travelers as much as they would be during peak times. Also no beach on the property.

The view is amazing but you need a gulf cart to pick you up and take you to the lobby area or up to the upper deck pool. The property although beautiful, is very hard to get around. The smell down by the lobby and restaurant is strong! Bring lots of cash because taxis operate on cash only basis, and tip money for the golf cart pickups. Overall beautiful island and resort!
