Friendly staff, clean room, and free parking is nice. The hotel advertises healthy breakfast is included but offered only sugar loaded items such as oatmeal packets, chocolate muffin, and Nutri-Grain bars. Good location to downtown Bellevue.

Room was clean and ready when we arrived. Bathroom sink drained slow. This is the second year in a row when we stayed there the first week of August and had this problem. Other than that, it is a great place to stay. Friendly, welcoming staff.

This was a great placeto stay for someone who just needs safe, clean overnight accommodation but plans to spend most of their time outside of the facility. There were no utensils or kitchen supplies in the room. They had to be ordered through the front desk. It wasn’t clear if those were free amenities or you had to pay for them. I only needed a small bowl, so I just skipped that part. Parking was included and people were friendly, so that was great. There was no fitness room. The front desk person said quite a lot of people ask for that. That would’ve made my stay more accommodating to my travel routine.
