This is our favorite hotel in Los Cabos. The feel is luxurious and intimate. The rooftop pool and playita have amazing views, food and drinks. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

El Ganzo's premise of a premium artist oriented hotel is right on the nose. Our recent stay was impacted by all of the hurricane activity but they crew worked hard restore all the services as quickly as possible. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Gonzo was excellent adults only spa hotel. It exactly what I needed for my relax birthday getaway. I got a room with a soaking tub and balcony. I didn't even feel the need to leave the hotel for the first 2 days. The hotel has really cool artwork everywhere. a nice bonus. I got to enjoy a cool live flamenco band one night. It was very cool vibes. I did also get a massage. It was amazing! Roof top pool was also very beautiful. Overall Gonzo does things right. Everything was a bit pricey, but you get a good quality experience. I highly recommend it.

Absolutely loved this hotel! Would 10/10 recommend and stay again. Beach club is accessible by boat that comes every 2 mins and takes just a few mins to cross. Rooftop pool and bar is beautiful and peaceful

We loved the hotel. We'll come anytime! The bedroom was beautiful and clean. The pool bar was something else with such a friendly staff specially Gustavo and Estefania. The pool bar was one of the highlights of our trip. Going to the beach club by a little boat was also a cool thing.

Rooms were clean. We were able to check in a few hours early. Rooftop pool was great and short boat ride over to beach was easy. The beach does have children as it is a shared beach club. The drink and food prices were a little high, expect to pay $20+ for mixed drink. Overall great resort to relax and it was very quiet the time we were there.

Best pool view you’re going to find. Semi private beach is better than any in Cabo. In a cove so calm and warm. A real treat. Hotel has art on every wall, literally. Visually you will never get bored. Expensive to eat there but food is good and other food options within walking distance. Highly recommend.

The hotel is perfectly located. The beautiful bay cuts off the waves and the sea on the beach is always calm and comfortable for swimming. The food in the restaurants throughout the area is very tasty. The staff is polite.

The hotel itself is amazing. The amenities, cleanliness, and overall aesthetics were excellent, making for a beautiful and comfortable stay. The only downside was the front desk staff. They were not very accommodating and seemed to lack communication. The room service system also needs some improvement. I made a simple request for milk for our morning coffee, but unfortunately, it never arrived. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. The hotel and amenities are great, but the staff communication and operational services could use some improvement to make the experience truly exceptional.

We love this hotel. Have stayed here twice and will again. The staff is outstanding going over and beyond to assist you, the rooms are clean, and fresh cookies are left for you each evening. The restaurant and bar are great, and the view from the rooftop bar is gorgeous!
