Staff were very hospitable. The room was clean, but the room should have been aired out a bit more. The sofa bed mattress also needs to be changed; it was too thin and you could feel the springs. The breakfast was excellent.

We’ve stayed here many times. Very conveniently located for us & staff is always friendly, particularly David at front desk. One area for improvement: exercise room wasn’t restocked with towels & tv monitors on exercise machines have little or no reception.

The outside of the hotel is gorgeous. Our room was huge and very spacious. Outside of that, the room was very outdated. The pull out couch was incredibly uncomfortable for our son so he wound up on the bed with us. Walls were so thin that it literally sounded like people were watching tv in our room. The other rooms might be better. I think they are maybe renovating. The pool is indoors and pretty small. Lots of renovations needed on the first floor rooms.
