Our room was very clean. The included breakfast was excellent. Go early if you can as it gets very busy. We enjoyed the pool. Grace at the front desk was very helpful with all our questions.

The rooms are very clean, well appointed and maintained well. The staff are so helpful and will go out of their way to help. The food was excellent and the wait staff just wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel for a stay.

This hotel was 10/10 better than expected this was my first time in Dubai I didn’t know what to expect … the location was perfect and the staff especially Faroud and Asif was super helpful and went out of there way to help me massively .. I’m back in Dubai in 4 wks and I will be staying here again Hotel has everything you wanted and short stroll to JBR beach

The hotel is very clean including the pool area and has the best view from our room (we have ocean+city view). The staffs are great,polite and hardworking. they are assisting the guest the moment you step into the hotel driveway until you check out. Blacksmith bar and eatery has delicious food. Breakfast is a lot and dinner we tried have big servings. Overall stay is superb. 😊

From an early check-in onwards, the staff were consistently friendly and knowledgeable, always ready with helpful recommendations and quick to sort out anything I needed. Booked a one-bedroom suite, which was spacious and had a separate lounge. That made a real difference, as there was room to relax or work without everything being crammed into the bedroom. The hotel is clean and modern throughout and the amenities are well maintained. Location and transport are where this hotel really stands out. Getting to the Palm or Downtown is very easy. There are always plenty of taxis waiting outside, and taxis booked through apps arrived within two or three minutes every time. The Metro and Tram are about five minutes away by taxi, or roughly a 20-minute walk. The hotel is close to the Dubai Marina promenade. Dubai Marina Mall and JBR beach are both about a 30-minute walk away, or a quick 5-10 minute taxi ride. There's also a handful of restaurants and cafés within a 5-10 minute walk, so you don't always need to travel far for a meal or a coffee. Facilities include a sports bar on the first floor, a well-equipped gym, and a decent-sized pool with loungers. Guests can get access to the sister beach club on the Palm, with a shuttle bus provided. Overall, First Collection Dubai Marina offers spacious rooms, good facilities, helpful staff and excellent connections to the rest of the city. It's a comfortable and practical choice whether you're visiting for leisure or business.
