Like the fact that there’s a shuttle to 4 related hotels all close to Shinagawa station… which is ideal for traveling via Haneda There is a beautiful garden here as well

The Grand Prince was a nice hotel a short walk from the Shinagawa station. We like the park that was in the middle of several Prince hotels.

Great hotel. Very clean and spacious rooms. Gym was very small and the pool was closed until July 17, which was one of the main reasons we booked the hotel. Very easy access to Shinagawa station, the Tokyo metro and walkable to a small shopping mall with a selection of restaurants. Great if you need to get to Haneda airport by the 15 minute train ride. Loved that they have a 7-11 in the property. Walls are a bit thin, we could hear people in the room above. Super comfy beds.

Was lucky to stay here before a few years ago and was pleased to see return visit was just as good. Hotel is very clean and the rooms are great. Staff were very helpful and professional and I would highly recommend staying here, whether you are single, couple or as a family. Walk from Shinagawa station is short so easy to get into the rest of Tokyo, however, if you have a large bag and walk from the station there is a slope up the hill to get to the hotel. Slope is not that bad but more noticeable with a big bag. Loved the location of the hotel, for food, trains and taxis. It’s set in a peaceful spot with a Japanese garden at the back for a pleasant stroll.
