Great location with nicely updated clean rooms. The Top of the East is great for a drink and some food while viewing the city lights. The check in staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Good location, spacious rooms, excellent breakfast, very clean, great restaurant on the upper level, attentive and friendly staff. Loved our stay here.
Great location, property was clean, quiet sleep, nice beds. Rooftop bar was a great plus and the restaurant was excellent quality. I would stay again for sure. Great value for the stay.
Very nice hotel, nice staff.
Good location in Portland.
As with most cities, evidence of local homeless population is obvious.
Parking garage is next door and very convenient.
The Westin was a quiet place to stay. The property was well kept and the rooms were spacious. Staff was helpful with anything I asked during my stay. The hotel is about a ten minute walk to the harbor.
Excellent breakfast! Must include if you are able to! We honestly found parking on the street for free each night if you don’t mind hunting for a spot and walking a tad. Worth saving on parking in my opinion.
We really liked the Westin property. We were able to check in early which made it so helpful. Room was very clean and ready. Breakfast was fantastic. I loved that there was a Peloton bike in good working order in the workout room. If we go back to Portland I would stay there again.
The hotel was great except we encountered a terrible plumbing issue & the whole place smelled awful. The location of hotel is great & we had a great experience in Portland.
Love the location, it’s a beautiful hotel. Beds are super comfortable, I did notice that underneath our bed had a lot of trash from the last visits which surprise me for this hotel as I’ve stayed here many times before and never had any cleanliness issues. All in all, it’s my favorite place to stay in Portland.
Room and entire property was clean and well maintained. Staff was nice and helpful. There are two choices for parking: you can park in the garage yourself, just give your plate number at the front desk. You can also leave your car for valet parking in front of the hotel. Breakfast was very good. It’s not a continental breakfast, you order from a menu.
Room was excellent. Location is good but if you have mobility issues then you would have to Uber to waterfront/shops. Valet/complimentary shuttle unreliable.
