The room was great and worth the price. The only negative thing I have to say is that the tub needed to be cleaned other than that everything was great. The free laundry was definitely a plus. The front desk staff was beyond amazing!

The rooms were large. The beds were comfy. The shower was wonky. The floors were very dirty and grimy. Front desk staff was super nice and helpful easy check-in process. Would stay there again just make sure you wear your shoes.

The rooms were nice. However, the AC in window had dust and debris, and there were roaches near the fridge and counter area. I saw two, but never saw them again after putting my food away from the counter. They definitely could’ve crawled in my food if I didn’t notice them sooner. The ceilings had some leak spots but no leaks. The shower floor was stained or not the cleanest. The curtain was also a bit torn and stained. I could hear a baby crying all night in the room next to me and conversations, so if you want real privacy and quality sleep, I don’t suggest this place. I didn’t sleep well my first night.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent stay at Candlewood Suites Panama City Beach Southeast. The hotel is extremely clean, modern, and well maintained. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and have everything needed for a relaxing stay. What truly made this experience exceptional was the staff. We had a fishing trip scheduled that would have kept us out until after midnight before we could check into our room. When we arrived a little early, the incredibly kind and helpful young lady at the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate us by allowing us to check in about 30 minutes early. That simple act made a huge difference in our trip and saved us from having to worry about a very late check-in after a long day on the water. The complimentary guest laundry and 24-hour coffee were also wonderful amenities that added to the overall experience. Customer service like this is becoming harder and harder to find, and the staff at this hotel absolutely exceeded expectations. I highly recommend Candlewood Suites Panama City Beach Southeast and will gladly stay here again on future trips.

Location does not match photos. Poorly renovated. Staff has no control over guests. Rooms not well kept. Sand in my bed abd I never visited the beach. Tub was dirty upon arrival with soap scum and hair. Construction on my hallway during early morning with no observance of guests. Hotel air conditioning in common areas is not efficient. Elevator and carpets are filthy. Front desk staff are very helpful. Pantry is useful. Parking is terrible. Location is good.

The room was very noisy. The people above us were making banging sounds. I called the front desk a little before 10pm. The clerk went to do a hall check and about an hour later it got quiet. At 6am, the noise started up again above us and outside. I recommend asking for 3rd floor away from elevator and pool. Otherwise, it was very clean and the staff was friendly and professional. The location is perfect, close to everything!
