Our first room was very small and very noisy at night. We asked to be moved and they readily changed us to a larger quieter room. The hotel is in a great location and staff are amazing. We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was great and we had dinner in the restaurant one night and it was perfect.

Comfortable and well presented room. Could do with some non-caffein options with the tea and coffee machine, such as peppermint or camomile tea, though the Irish Breakfast Tea was very good, and cups lovely. Some early morning noise outside, perhaps from street cleaning, but that probably goes with central location, and clean streets. Convenient for the part of town I needed and for places to eat. Staff friendly and efficient with no fuss.

Property is in a great location and presents well. Disappointed in hair products which made my hair super greasy and linen which smelled like it had not been changed for a very long time. Spoke to front desk who said would speak to management but heard nothing back. A clean smelling bed is fairly important for a week long stay. Had a great trip. Disappointed in the response from staff and of course the sleeping facility. Thank goodness for windows that open.

Great service and right in the center of the action. Great pubs and dining in every direction within 5 minutes walk. Walk to most major attractions in well under 10 minutes: Trinity College, Book of Kells, St Stephen’s Garden, St Patrick’s Cathedral’ Christ Church Cathedral and Dublina, and more.

The staff was helpful and friendly, particularly concierge Marvin. The room was extremely small, one of the smallest rooms I have ever stayed anywhere in Europe. Although this was a convenient downtown location with ability to walk to all attractions, we did not realize Drury was such a loud party street. There were people completely filling the streets and sidewalks drinking, talking, playing music until at least 1 am. Do not recommend if you need a quiet place to sleep.
