The staff was very accommodating and went above and beyond. The room was perfect. It was everything we wanted and more. Would highly recommend and hope to make it back someday.
Excellent hotel in Telluride! Easy to take the gondola down to the town center, and the facility is clean and we'll maintained. The staff at the front desk and cafeteria are all very helpful and nice, especially the front desk girl helped me to extend our stay! Highly recommend!
Upon arrival we were graciously granted with a complimentary upgrade. The front desk staff was amazing and the valet service was great. We went up to our room which was very spacious and perfectly Mountain rustic. The hotel was clean and amazing. The walk to the free Gondola was 2 minutes away and sweeped us down the mountain to the town of Telluride. The breakfast in the morning was complimentary as long as you picked up your card from the front desk. Would definitely stay here again.
Perfect central location in the Mountains Village - easy to access gondolas - beautiful comfortable extremely well stocked one bedroom suite with fridge microwave washer dryer service for four - wonderful 3 day stay -
The staff was wonderful, so kind, welcoming, and generous! The place was equipped with everything I needed and more. The location was perfect, with everything within walking distance. It was truly the best choice for my trip to Telluride. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back!
We had a great night at the Inn at Lost Creek. The room was clean and the view was breathtaking. We had a Mountain View with a balcony. The staff is extremely nice and friendly. Very welcoming place to be at. We used the hot tube in the room and had wine delivered, The service was excellent. The gondola is a 2 min walk if you don’t get distracted by all the shops and activities going on at the courtyard. Breakfast is a buffet style breakfast, everything was fresh and tasted good.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Hotel Stay!
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our visit. The room was spotless and comfortable, and I was pleasantly surprised by the steam feature in the shower—it felt so luxurious! We also enjoyed the beautiful view and were delighted to receive a complimentary welcome wine upon arrival. Another big plus is that the hotel is dog-friendly, which made our stay with our fur baby even more special. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with thoughtful touches that made us feel welcome. We would definitely love to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!
Loved the beautiful property and the room was spacious. The sheets were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. The only problem was the master bedroom’s tv and chest were in the corner where you had to squeeze by them - tv would have been better on the wall and find smaller chest. But with the view and furnishings one of the best places I’ve ever stayed.
Lovely hotel, access to a nice spa. Room comfortable and well planned. Everything from washer to dishes to spf lotion… Staff was very helpful especially kuba who was especially kind and patient.
Pools at spa had an issue with heating, thai was unfortunately closed.
Parking is valet only.
Breakfast was pretty good. Try the bagels which were especially nice. Some fruit overripe and potatoes were meh.
Market down the gondola is awesome with lots of ready to eat options.
I can’t say enough about how thoroughly we enjoyed our stay; from the moment we arrived until the moment we left the staff gave us their full attention, assistance and love. The property is gorgeous and well-maintained, amenities are truly spectacular and we will certainly be back. Big thanks to Eric and everyone at Inn at Lost Creek.
It’s my 2nd time staying at The Inn at Lost Creek. Returned on a solo leaf peeping adventure. Magically got the same suite as my prior stay 5 years ago.
This place is wonderful. Great service, friendly staff, lovely amenities, room cleaned daily, and “inn” vibe. The free breakfast is delicious and has a different option daily! This was a healing journey for me. The staff had a bottle of wine in my suite awaiting - very thoughtful. Spectacular views from my patio. Actually saw a sunset and a rainbow all in one evening.
Highly recommend this place. It’s lovely!
A wonderful resort with incredible mountainside views! Spacious rooms with wonderful amenities. This resort is a quick, yet beautiful ride to downtown Telluride. They offer a delicious free breakfast with many hot items and fresh fruit. The staff goes out of their way to creat a wonderful stay.
Property was beautiful and our room was wonderful, especially the gas fireplace. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for our trip!
Staff was delightful, helpful, and professional. The property is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. It's a perfect location. Highly recommend this property.
After a long drive, The Inn at Lost Creek in Mountain Village was exactly what we needed. From the moment we arrived, the staff was helpful and friendly in a way that felt genuine, not scripted. They offered services before we even asked—help with bags, recommendations, little extras that made the stay smoother. That kind of anticipatory hospitality is hard to find, and it set the tone for the whole trip.
The room and amenities were top notch. The suite felt more like a well-designed mountain home than a hotel room: comfortable living space, a well-equipped kitchen, fireplace, and a bathroom that made it easy to unwind after a day on the mountain or in town. Everything was clean, thoughtfully appointed, and easy to settle into. Being steps from the gondola and ski-in/ski-out access only added to how convenient the stay was.
This is a must stay if you’re heading to Telluride or Mountain Village. Intimate, well-run, and comfortable without being stuffy. We would book again without hesitation.
We really appreciated the upgrade to a better room and the free bottle of vino! Everyone was very nice and helpful and the property was very close to the gondola.
What we didn’t appreciate was the constant expectation of tipping. Upon checking out we were asked to tip everyone including office mgmt. we were even expected to tip our hostess for our free buffet breakfast. We served ourselves our food and drink. The only thing she did was bring us a check asking for a tip. We did tip individuals, we felt deserved it, cash. This tipping thing is totally out of hand.
