The location is fantastic! The staff were great. Hotel was clean and confortable! It’s literally 3 minutes walk from all the restaurants and bars. About 9 minutes walking distance from Shinjuku station. Overall, we had a great experience!

The hotel is very clean and located in the heart of Shinjuku. The rooms are very small but well maintained. There is a laundry room in the basement but otherwise the hotel lacks any other amenities. Breakfast was good and included a large variety of dishes, both hot and cold.

This is definitely in an interesting area. Not family friendly, but ok for a couple. Easy walk to the hot spots in Shinjuku, and tons of food and drinking spots along the way. It’s in a party area.. the more wild side of Tokyo. You’ll wake up for a morning walk and see alcohol bottles and trash around the streets (unusual for Japan). I’d probably skip this area for my next trip.

Compared to other rooms in Tokyo, ours was spacious and comfortable, good sized and really nice bathroom, you will not feel claustrophobic at all. Very quiet, you will be able to relax. The view from our window was great! The only thing I would improve would be the variety/options of breakfast, maybe add different preparations, eating the same for several days get boring
