Staff was courteous and professional. Beds and pillows were comfortable, the room was clean and has a good smell. Furniture needs a little love as well as the bathroom. Parking was very convenient. Excellent access to the beach and restaurants at walking distance. Overall a very pleasant stay.

The room floor was very Sandy from the minute. We walked in and we didn’t go to the beach. I love the tiki bar. Bathrooms are very, very tiny and very old beds need to be replaced. I love the location. The beach was beautiful but needs updating.

Our room had a perfect view. It was easy access from the elevator. Beds were comfortable. Really my only complaint is it was very dated and our shower would back up. But we got fresh towels daily and the entire staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.

Room was clean. Staff were friendly. Pets are allowed. The only thing negative I will say is that whenever you list your hotel on a website, make sure you mention there is a fee if you are not above the age of 25 cause I’m a mature 21-year-old who was not warned about the charge I would receive before I already drove all the way there.

The hotel’s location is excellent, and the view from the room was beautiful. However, the room itself was disappointing. There was a strong meat smell, the floor was not clean, and overall, the room did not feel hygienic or healthy. The cleanliness and hygiene definitely need improvement.

The room was very clean and the air conditioning worked great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The wifi didn’t work well on the fifth floor but we had 5G and didn’t bother with the wifi. Couldn’t find any luggage carts and ended up hand carrying everything in and out. Was very happy they had an elevator.
